Inflation rate in Pakistan surges to 7 percent in October
Increased prices of gas and other items caused surge in the inflation.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Annual inflation rate in Pakistan has climbed seven percent in October from 5.12 percent.
According to the Bureau of Statistics, this rise in inflation rate was witnessed after Pakistan’s central bank decreased the value of currency by five times since December.
Increased prices of gas and other items also caused surge in the inflation.
