IMF delegation to reach Pakistan today
IMF delegation will hold meetings with Finance Minister and Minister for planning and development.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A delegation of International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation is scheduled to arrive in Pakistan on Thursday, on September 27, 2018, for crucial talks.
The IMF delegation will meet Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs Asad Umar and Minister for planning and development during week-long stay in Pakistan.
IMF delegation is expected to hold talks with Pakistan officials on the matters pertaining to economic policies, reforms, interests and debt payments.
The IMF delegation will review economic reforms in Pakistan as well as government measures to reduce the current deficit. The delegation will also review government measures to increase tax revenue.
