(Dunya News) - Faisalabad’s Agricultural University organised an exhibition for young entrepreneurs to display a wide variety of handicrafts and household items.
The exhibition appealed many visitors who came in to support local entrepreneurs in their city.
With a wide range of items from clothes to crockery and decoration pieces, the participants, which included teachers, students and people from many private organisations, displayed their stalls in a creative fashion.

The exhibition showcased items including household décor such as handmade baskets, vase, with many stalls displaying beautifully embroidered clothes and jewellery.
Participants said that such expos in Faisalabad were much needed because it provided a platform for youngsters to promote their talents.
"Displaying my work in my own city is a proud moment for me. Also, so many other young entrepreneurs are here in the exhibition and are getting a chance to be directly exposed to the interested buyers," said one of the participants at the expo.
According to the organisers of the expo, the aim is to unveil hidden talents in students and to give them a platform. Organisers of the expo also said that with unemployment on the rise, such expos encourage young talent to set up their own businesses leading to creation of more jobs for people.
