KARACHI (Dunya News) – Securities and Exchange Commission Program (SECP) placed restrictions on several brokers in Karachi Stock Exchange on Tuesday, banning several of them from trading. Action against the brokers had been taken on complaints from investors, reports Dunya News.
According to sources, SECP has placed ban on several traders following complaints from investors that the brokers were involved in dubious financial activities.
The ban of 6 months has been enforced from November 10. As per sources, National Clearing Agency has instructed to settle the matter with the investors.
