LPG price goes up by Rs 10 per kg

LPG price has increased by 10 rupees per kilogram.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – The price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) has increased by 10 rupees per kilogram on Monday.
Chairman All Pakistan LPG Distributors Association Irfan Khokhar said that price was increased due to marketing companies. He blamed government’s poor strategy for the price hike because additional 6% general sales tax (GST) was imposed on import of the LPG.
He said that marketing companies are planning to plunder million and billions of rupees from pockets of the masses.
After fresh price hike, LPG price in Karachi has reached Rs 80 per kilogram whereas cost of domestic cylinder hit Rs 910.
LPG price has surged to Rs 85 per kilogram in Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Jhelum, Kasur, Sahiwal, Sialkot, Daska, Peshawar and other cities whereas domestic cylinder price touched 970 rupees.
In Rahim Yar Khan, Sadiqabad, Hyderabad and Attock, the LPG price is 90 rupees per kg and domestic cylinder costs 1030 rupees.
LPG price in Mirpur Azad Kashmir has surged to Rs 95 per kg and the price of domestic cylinder reached Rs 1090.
Price of domestic cylinder reached Rs 1150 in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Abbottabad, Muzaffarabad, Bagh, Kotli, Azad Kashmir, Dadu, Jamshoro and Shikarpur as the LPG price reached Rs 100 per kilogram.
