TOKYO (AFP) - Tokyo shares lost 0.36 percent Monday morning after a weak session on Wall Street and as worries about the Chinese economy hang over the market.
The Nikkei 225 index at the Tokyo Stock Exchange fell 64.26 points to 17,727.90 by the lunch break, while the Topix index of all first section shares was down 0.63 percent, or 9.14 points, to 1,435.39.
