KARACHI (Dunya News) – Dollar’s rise in value by Thursday has hit cessation and is on decline.The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) had called an emergency meeting to put a halt to dollar’s increasing value. A tight policy was chalked out to counter the hit to Rupee caused by dollar.
The SBP issued directives to keep a vigilant eye on dollars buyers. In the early hours, Rupee started to gain strength.
Resultantly, dollar value decreased by at least 34 cents in inter-bank market maintaining at Rs 103.80 and in open market, Rs 104.80.
