Low trading activity witnessed at KSE

Business activity remained limited at Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) on Friday and 100-index closed below 9,700 points level. Investors remained cautious due to imposition of Capital gain Tax and they preferred selling due to which trading activities remained limited. Only 22.4 million shares were traded. Bank of Punjab remained the volume leader. At the end of day, KSE 100-index closed at 9,697 points with a decrease of 33 points.
