CHINARI (Dunya News) - Authorities of Azad and Occupied Kashmir have decided to reopen the Sri Nagar-Muzaffarabad bilateral trade following Pak-India trade agreement of 2008.
An important meeting was held between authorities of Azad and Occupied Kashmir on the ‘Aman Bridge’ joining Line of Control (LoC) of both sides of Kashmir. The meeting agreed to start bilateral trade on October 08, 2013.
Director General (DG) Travel and Trade Authority Azad Kashmir Brig. (rtd) Mohammad Ismail and TFO Chakothi Crossing Point Basharat Iqbal represented Azad Kashmir.
While Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramula Khawaja Ghulam Mohammad, TFO Ori and others represented Occupied Kashmir. In meeting Indian authorities announced to uplift the ban imposed on the ‘Made in Pakistan’ commodities.
