Oil production in the country decreased three percent while gas production increased one percent during first four months of the current year, reported Dunya News. According to Pakistan Petroleum Information statistics oils per day production reduced to 63,900 barrel. On the other hand gas production reached at 3,900 million cubic feet despite seven percent decrease in the gas reservoirs. The addition in the gas production could be possible as Qadir Pur, Auch, Zamzama and Manzlai gas fielders production increased. The oil production remained stable in October as compared to September at 64,000 barrel per day.
