Increase in gold prices was recorded in local and international markets. Gold prices on Thursday surged to Rs 31,200 per tola, up by Rs 100 whereas price of 10 grams rose to Rs 26,742, up Rs 85 in the local market, traders said. In the world market, gold price increased by $7.50 per ounce to $1015.
