Summary Leading European stock markets posted gains on Tuesday.
Londons FTSE 100 index on of top companies closing with 0.56 percent higher at 5,864.78 points.In Frankfurt, the DAX 30 added 0.94 percent to 6,974.39 points as it appeared that eurozone growth prospects were not as bad as feared, while in Paris the CAC 40 rose by 0.70 percent to 3,450.27 points.
