Karachi stocks remain bullish

Bullish trend was witnessed in Karachi stock market on last business day as the benchmark 100 index closed above 8500 level, up 226 points. The business activities started in positive zone on Friday Investors and financial institutes showed keen interest in buying and the market crossed a psychological barrier of 8500 points. The market closed at 8541 points, up 2.71 percent with trade volume of 200 million shares. Pak PTA remained volume leader with 6.6 million shares.
