The international credit rating agency Moodys said Wednesday it has downgraded the credit ratings of six German banks. They also nclude the countrys number two Commerzbank.Moodys said in a statement it was downgrading by one notch the credit ratings of Commerzbank, DekaBank, DZ Bank, regional banks LBBW and Helaba and the rating of another regional bank NordLB by two notches in view of the increased risk of further shocks emanating from the euro area debt crisis, in combination with the banks limited loss-absorption capacity.The API figures are usually released ahead of the US Department of Energys weekly Wednesday report on crude stockpiles and inventory on other oil-related products.
