Summary Downward trend persisted in gold prices on the first day of the week.
According to Sindh Jewellers Association, one tola gold price reached Rs 54,550 with a decrease of Rs 550, while 10-gram gold price decreased by Rs 471 to close at Rs 46,757. In international market, gold price dipped by $18 per ounce.Price of silver reached Rs 950 a tola with a decrease of Rs 30.
