QUETTA (Dunya News) – Facilitators of the proscribed Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), referred to as Fitna al-Hindustan, have announced their disassociation from terrorist elements and made important revelations about their involvement with the militant organisation.
Muhammad Sohail Behram and Muhammad, alias Mehroan, who have left Fitna al-Hindustan and joined the national mainstream, confessed to their involvement and pledged loyalty to the state.
During a press conference, the two Turbat residents admitted that they had established contact through social media with Sabit, alias Kamandan, a terrorist associated with Fitna al-Hindustan, also known as the proscribed BLA. They said they had facilitated the terrorist organisation in carrying out attacks against security forces.
Expressing remorse over their actions, the former facilitators said they were deeply ashamed of betraying Pakistan and supporting terrorists. They pledged not to maintain any future contact with terrorist organisations and urged the younger generation to stay away from such groups.
The disassociation of Fitna al-Hindustan terrorists and their family members from terrorist organisations reflects growing discontent among the Baloch people over unrest and violence in the region.
