Pilgrims have been advised to regularly check the Pak Hajj application for updates and official instructions regarding Hajj 2027

(Web Desk) - The Ministry of Religious Affairs has called on all intending pilgrims registered under the government’s Hajj Scheme 2027 to pay their second instalment by October 20, the final day for submitting the dues.

The ministry has urged pilgrims to complete their payments by the deadline to avoid cancellation of their Hajj applications.

According to the ministry’s spokesperson, around 97,000 pilgrims have deposited the second instalment so far, with total receipts through the National Information Technology Board’s (NITB) digital Hajj portal reaching Rs61 billion.

Of these, 45,245 pilgrims made payments through One Link, while 3,685 used debit or credit cards. Another 47,563 deposited their dues through bank challans.

Pilgrims who have not yet paid have been advised to use the NITB’s Hajj portal or the Pak Hajj mobile application to complete the process.

The ministry has also made medical examinations mandatory for all intending pilgrims. They must download the medical fitness certificate from the Hajj portal, have it verified by a registered doctor and upload it back to the portal.

Pilgrims have been advised to regularly check the Pak Hajj application for updates and official instructions regarding Hajj 2027.
