ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) has introduced a new digital one-window facilitation system aimed at making it easier and faster for local and foreign investors and businesspeople to address their issues and communicate with relevant government authorities.
Under the new system, SIFC has launched a Digital Ticketing Hub where investors and members of the business community can submit online requests concerning their problems, applications, suggestions and other business-related matters.
The digital platform will provide a single channel for information, guidance and coordination with government departments. Once a request is submitted, applicants will also be able to track its progress and receive updates online.
According to the new system, investor requests relating to different sectors and regions will be processed through the digital platform, with responses to be provided within 48 hours.
Once an application or request has been resolved, the corresponding ticket will be formally closed, allowing for more systematic follow-up and monitoring.
The initiative is aimed at strengthening investor facilitation by providing a centralized digital mechanism for addressing business-related queries and improving coordination between investors and government institutions.
