(Web Desk) - An Italian mechanic has built the world’s thinnest car, earning a place in the 2027 Guinness World Records book.
Andrea Marazzi created the blue electric vehicle in 2025 for a festival, using materials from a 1993 car. The unusually narrow vehicle is only 50 centimetres wide, roughly the width of a pillow, and features a single headlight at the front.
Despite its unusual appearance, the vehicle can accommodate a driver and one passenger seated behind the driver.
The car weighs around 264 kilogrammes and measures 145 centimetres in length. It has a top speed of 15 kilometres per hour and can travel up to 25 kilometres on a full charge.
The vehicle's design makes it look more like a boat than a conventional car.
