KARACHI (Web Desk) - A District and Sessions Court South has granted bail to an accused allegedly linked to Anmol alias Pinky in a case involving facilitation of drug distribution.
The court accepted the bail application of Aqib and directed him to furnish surety bonds worth Rs100,000.
According to police, Aqib was nominated in the case alongside the main accused, Anmol alias Pinky, and allegedly worked for her as a rider.
Police alleged that Aqib was responsible for facilitating the delivery of drugs. The allegations remain subject to determination by the trial court, and the grant of bail does not constitute a finding of guilt or innocence.
Anmol alias Pinky, described by police as the principal accused in the case, remains in jail.
