KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan’s Stock Exchange continued to witness volatility during trading on Monday, with the benchmark KSE-100 Index initially gaining more than 400 points before slipping into negative territory.
At the start of trading on the first day of the business week, the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) recorded a positive trend. The KSE-100 Index rose by more than 400 points, reaching 175,409 points.
However, the positive momentum could not be sustained as the benchmark index moved into the negative zone during the trading session.
It may be recalled that at the close of the previous trading session, the KSE-100 Index had gained 153 points to settle at 174,929 points.
