ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan's Ambassador to Afghanistan, Ubaid-ur-Rehman Nizamani, called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs here on Thursday.
The meeting discussed the changing security situation in the region and important issues related to Pakistan. Ishaq Dar emphasised the importance of keeping a close eye on the regional situation.
During the meeting, discussions focused on regional developments, including the evolving security situation and matters of relevance to Pakistan.

Earlier, the Deputy Prime Minister also had a telephonic conversation with the newly-elected OIC Secretary General and congratulated him on his election as OIC Secretary General.
The two leaders agreed to meet soon and maintain regular communication, and to work together to further strengthen the role of the OIC.
