KARACHI (Dunya News) – Two suspected criminals were killed and six arrested during police ‘encounters’ in different areas here on Monday.
Sarjani police arrested three suspects after an alleged exchange of fire near Zanjani Mor. Meanwhile, Iqbal Market police detained one suspect after an ‘encounter’. The suspect's accomplice managed to escape on a motorcycle.
Police signaled a suspicious motorcyclist to stop during a blockade near Mirza Adam Khan Road, at which the suspects opened fire. During the retaliatory action, one suspect was killed while his accomplice escaped.
