Gold price falls by Rs1,800 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices fell further in Pakistan, with 24-karat gold declining Rs1,800 per tola to Rs466,136, while international gold also dropped $18 per ounce.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Gold prices declined further in Pakistan and the international market on Monday, with the price of 24-karat gold falling by Rs1,800 per tola to Rs466,136.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs1,543, reaching Rs399,636. The latest local rates are also consistent with reports of a Rs1,800-per-tola decline on August 31.

Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs67 per tola to Rs7,179 in the domestic market.

In the international market, gold prices fell by $18 per ounce to $4,436.
