ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has departed for Istanbul after completing his official visit to London, where he held a series of important meetings with British officials and other representatives.

According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, Ishaq Dar will participate in official engagements during his stay in Istanbul.

The deputy prime minister and foreign minister concluded his successful official visit to the United Kingdom after holding meetings with British Foreign Secretary David Lammy, Minister of State for Pakistan Stephen Doughty and British National Security Adviser Jonathan Powell.

According to the spokesperson, Ishaq Dar also met International Maritime Organization (IMO) Secretary-General Arsenio Dominguez and Commonwealth Secretary-General Shirley Botchwey during his UK visit.

The deputy prime minister also held meetings with Pakistani-origin members of the British Parliament.

In addition, Ishaq Dar met members of the Pakistani community in the United Kingdom during his visit.
