WASHINGTON (Dunya News) - US President Donald Trump has once again adopted a hardline tone amid ongoing tensions with Iran, sharing a controversial image on social media that shows him holding an automatic rifle, with explosions appearing in a mountainous area in the background.
The image carries the message, “NO MORE MR. NICE GUY!” Trump’s post appears to use an artificially generated or digitally edited image, through which the US president appeared to reinforce his tough stance toward Iran.
Trump shared the post at a highly sensitive moment in US-Iran relations, as tensions continue over negotiations, Tehran’s nuclear programme and the situation in the Strait of Hormuz.

The US president has previously issued strong statements demanding greater pressure on Iran to reach an agreement and has warned about developments surrounding the strategic waterway.
According to reports, Trump also criticised Tehran alongside the image, saying Iran was refusing to agree to a nuclear deal and would have to make a decision soon.
He also indicated that Washington would maintain pressure on Iran.
