KARACHI: Gold prices declined for the second consecutive day in Pakistan, while silver became more expensive, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association.
The price of 24-karat gold fell by Rs3,500 per tola to Rs483,036, while the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs3,001 to Rs414,125.

Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs50 per tola to Rs7,329.
In the international market, gold prices also declined, with the price of gold falling by $35 per ounce to $4,605.
Experts said the price of gold per tola is likely to cross the Rs500,000 mark during the current month.
