Pakistan wins two gold medals at Japan Junior squash championship

A fantastic achievement and a proud moment for Pakistan Squash. This is the future of our sport shining bright on the international stage.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan has won two gold medals in the 37th Japan Junior Open Squash Championship 2026.

Both Pakistani players participating in the championship were victorious in their respective categories, with Yahya Khan winning the gold medal in the Under-17 category. Abubakar returned home after winning the Under-11 category title.

It should be noted that earlier, Sana Bahadur, a talented Pakistani girl with hearing loss from Peshawar, had won the squash title in Australia.

Sana Bahadur had previously brought laurels to the country by winning the Challenger Bendigo Open Squash title held in Melbourne, Australia.
