ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The federal government has filed a fresh review petition in the Supreme Court against the order regarding the transfer of PTI founder Imran Khan to a hospital.
According to sources, the federal government has once again approached the Supreme Court over the matter of Imran Khan’s transfer to a hospital.
Sources said a miscellaneous review petition was filed by the Islamabad chief commissioner, with the objections raised by the registrar’s office addressed in the fresh petition.

Earlier, the government had filed a review petition against the Supreme Court’s decision to transfer Imran Khan to a hospital. However, the registrar’s office had returned the petition after raising objections.
On Wednesday, the Supreme Court had ordered the transfer of PTI founder Imran Khan to Shifa Hospital. However, between Thursday and Friday night, Imran Khan was shifted to PIMS Hospital, where he underwent a medical examination before being transferred back to Adiala Jail.
