QUETTA (Dunya News) – Balochistan Home Minister Zia Langau has said that the Mastung police and Frontier Corps (FC) foiled a terrorist attack through immediate action, adding that five security personnel were injured in the confrontation with the militants.
Langau said the terrorists had violated Baloch traditions and stressed that the people needed to think about their future. He alleged that the militants did not have “Baloch DNA” but rather “Indian DNA.”
The Balochistan home minister further claimed that Afghanistan and India had the same “DNA”, alleging that the terrorists’ leadership was under India’s control while the militants themselves were under Afghanistan’s influence.
He urged the Baloch people not to be misled by the terrorists, saying the militants were using women and children as human shields.
“This is neither a war for freedom nor a struggle for rights,” he said.
