In an Instagram Story, the actress shared a message urging parents not to marry their daughters to men who are financially dependent on others.
While sharing the post, Khan appeared to endorse the message and stressed that a man’s financial position should be considered before a marriage proposal is finalised.
The actress has recently shared a series of social media posts highlighting hurtful and unhealthy behaviour in relationships. Some of her posts have also emphasised that women should prefer an independent life rather than remain in an unhappy marriage.
Nimra Khan’s latest remarks come as speculation continues on social media about differences between her and her husband. The couple, however, have not made any formal announcement regarding a separation.
