MANDI BAHAUDDIN (Dunya News) – Four Pakistani nationals were gunned down in South Africa, Dunya News reported here on Sunday.
Two brothers included the dead. Three of them belonged to Mandi Bahauddin and the fourth belonged to Sialkot.
According to sources, the deceased include two brothers named Sajid Ahmed and Zafar Ahmed, who belonged to Balhar Village of Mandi Bahauddin district.
They were returning home after closing their shop when unidentified armed men opened indiscriminate fire, killing them of on the spot.
South African police have registered a case and begun an investigation into the incident, but no suspects have been arrested yet.
The tragic incident has sent a wave of sorrow and grief in the areas the victims lived. Locals keep visiting the bereaved families to express sympathy and condolence.
