LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced two changes to the national Test squad for the ongoing Test series against the West Indies and the upcoming Test tour of England.
Opening batter Abdullah Fazal has been ruled out of the Test series due to injury. In his place, the PCB has named Abdullah Shafique as his replacement in the squad.
The board has also included Saud Shakeel as an additional replacement to strengthen the batting lineup and provide greater depth ahead of the remaining fixtures. Following the two-match Test series against the West Indies, Pakistan will travel to England for a three-match Test series.
The England series will form part of the ICC World Test Championship.
