Reports say Aamir Khan is planning a luxury residential project in Mumbai, with dedicated living spaces for family members, including former wife Kiran Rao.
MUMBAI (Dunya News) – Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is reportedly planning a large-scale family residential project in Mumbai following his recent marriage to longtime friend and business partner Gauri Spratt.
According to Indian media reports, the actor recently tied the knot with Spratt in a private ceremony attended by close family members and friends.
The latest reports suggest that Aamir intends to redevelop two adjoining residential buildings, Bella Vista and Marina Apartments, located in Mumbai's upscale Pali Hill neighbourhood, into a single luxury residential complex.
The actor already owns several apartments in Bella Vista and is said to have invested more than 100 crore Indian rupees in the redevelopment project.
Under the proposed plan, the existing apartments will reportedly be merged to create a sprawling "sky villa", with separate floors designated for different members of the family.
Reports claim that Aamir's son, Junaid Khan, will have an entire floor of the new residence, while two floors are expected to be reserved for Aamir, his wife Gauri Spratt and her son.
The project is also expected to include accommodation for Aamir's mother, Zeenat Hussain, and his sisters, Nikhat Khan and Farhat Khan.
Indian media further reported that an apartment may also be allocated to Aamir's former wife, Kiran Rao, and their son, Azad Rao Khan, as part of the family-focused development.
