ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M) chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal, along with his party delegation, called on Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman at his residence in Islamabad on Thursday.
During the meeting, the two leaders held detailed discussions on the country's current political situation and the law and order situation in Balochistan.
According to JUI-F spokesperson Aslam Ghauri, both leaders expressed deep concern over the deteriorating security situation in Balochistan.
The spokesperson said the leaders agreed that the current law and order situation is not encouraging for the future of the country under any circumstances.
They also agreed that the existing hybrid system has caused significant damage to both the country's economy and its law and order situation.
