GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) - Police arrested a seminary teacher for allegedly subjecting three students to sexual assault in the outskirts of Fateh Chatta here on Wednesday.
A case has been registered against the accused on the complaint of the students’ parents. They told police the accused identified as Qari Abdullah had been assaulting their children for quite some time and threatening them that he would throw them in a canal, if they told their parents about his offence.
The victims’ parents further told police that the accused had a separate room adjacent to the Madrasah, where he treated women spiritually.
Police using human resources and scientific methods managed to track down the alleged rapist and started investigations against him. The age of the assault victims is stated to be 15, 8, and 7.
