ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court has initiated the recruitment process for new civil judges in the district judiciary to address the rapidly increasing number of pending cases in the federal capital.
According to an official announcement, applications have been invited for vacant posts of civil judges and women family civil judges, with the deadline for submission set for July 31.
The recruitment plan reserves 50% of the vacancies for candidates from across Pakistan, while the remaining 50% are allocated to applicants holding an Islamabad domicile.
Under the prescribed eligibility criteria, candidates must have at least two years of practical legal experience as advocates. The maximum age limit for applicants has been set at 35 years.
The recruitment drive is aimed at strengthening the capacity of the district judiciary and improving the timely disposal of cases in Islamabad's courts.
