Board of Management praises Chief Justice Aalia Neelum's leadership, calling her two-year tenure a golden era for judicial excellence.

LAHORE (Muhammad Ashfaq) – The 42nd meeting of the Board of Management (BoM) of the Punjab Judicial Academy was held in Lahore, where members paid tribute to Chief Justice Aalia Neelum, describing her two-year tenure as chairperson as a "golden era of judicial excellence."

The meeting was chaired by Justice Aalia Neelum and attended by Justice Jawad Hassan, Justice Malik Muhammad Owais Khalid, the Registrar of the Lahore High Court, the District and Sessions Judge Lahore, and other members representing the Punjab government.

During the meeting, the board commended Justice Aalia Neelum's leadership from July 2024 to July 2026, praising her institutional reforms, administrative vision and contributions to strengthening the Punjab Judicial Academy.

On the occasion, Justice Jawad Hassan presented a special commemorative edition of the Punjab Judicial Academy's newsletter in recognition of Justice Neelum's services, achievements and efforts to promote the academy's institutional development.

The Board of Management unanimously appreciated her visionary leadership, steadfast commitment and reform-oriented policies, while reaffirming its commitment to further advancing judicial education and institutional excellence.

The board also reviewed several agenda items relating to the academy's affairs and approved key decisions aimed at strengthening judicial education, enhancing the professional development of judicial officers and promoting the academy's institutional growth.

The meeting concluded with a group photograph of the Board of Management members.
