LAHORE (Dunya News) — Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board Mohsin Naqvi visited the modern cricket stadium established at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals along with Chairman of the Saudi Arabia Cricket Federation Prince Saud bin Mishal Al Saud.
Mohsin Naqvi reviewed various sections of the stadium, including enclosures and ongoing development projects during the visit.
During the tour, he was given a detailed briefing on the stadium’s construction, available facilities and proposed future expansion plans. Both leaders also discussed proposed changes to the venue and measures to further improve cricket infrastructure.
On the occasion, Mohsin Naqvi said the stadium would play an important role in promoting cricket in Saudi Arabia and that its completion would pave the way for hosting international cricket events in the country in the near future.
He appreciated the support of Prince Saud bin Mishal Al Saud and expressed gratitude for his continued cooperation.
Mohsin Naqvi further said it was a great honour for the Pakistan Cricket Board to be part of Saudi Arabia’s growing cricket journey, adding that cooperation between both countries for the promotion of cricket would continue to strengthen in the future.
