ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud on Thursday.
The two leaders discussed the regional situation, especially the recent round of mediations in Doha.
They expressed satisfaction on the positive progress made during the negotiations and hoped that the discussions would continue in near future.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will undertake a three-day official visit to Iran and Türkiye from July 3 to July 5, the Foreign Office announced on Thursday.
Speaking at the weekly media briefing, Foreign Office spokesperson Tahir Andrabi said the prime minister will first travel to Iran to attend the funeral of the country's assassinated Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

The premier will be accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, federal cabinet members and senior government officials.
During the visit, prime minister will convey condolences on behalf of the government and people of Pakistan to the Iranian leadership and express solidarity with the Iranian nation during its time of grief.
