Gold prices in Pakistan surge after five-day decline

The price of gold in the international market rose by $91 per ounce, reaching $4,063 per ounce

KARACHI (Dunya News) - Gold prices in Pakistan posted a sharp rebound on Thursday, ending a five-day losing streak.

According to market data, the price of gold in the international market rose by $91 per ounce, reaching $4,063 per ounce.

The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reported that in the domestic market, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs9,100, taking it to Rs428,736.

Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold climbed by Rs7,802 to Rs367,572.

Silver prices also moved higher, with the price of 24-karat silver per tola rising by Rs203 to Rs6,445.
