(Web Desk) – Gold and silver prices recorded a significant decline in both international and Pakistani markets on Wednesday, following a drop in global bullion rates.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold fell by $52 per ounce to $3,972.
Reflecting the global trend, the price of 24-karat gold in Pakistan dropped by Rs5,200 per tola to Rs419,636, while the price of 10 grams of gold declined by Rs4,458 to Rs359,770.
Silver prices also moved lower in the local market. The price of silver per tola fell by Rs107 to Rs6,242, while the price of 10 grams of silver decreased by Rs92 to Rs5,351.
