KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has strongly condemned the attack on a Rangers camp in Karachi, saying Pakistan's growing diplomatic recognition on the global stage is proving difficult for its enemies to accept.
In a statement, Bilawal praised the professionalism of the security forces for eliminating the terrorists involved in the attack. He also expressed sorrow over the martyrdom of three security personnel during the exchange of fire.
According to a spokesperson for Bilawal House, the PPP chairman paid tribute to the fallen personnel and extended his heartfelt condolences to their bereaved families.
Bilawal said the cowardly attack demonstrated that Pakistan's enemies were unsettled by the country's historic diplomatic achievements. He added that the Pakistani nation remains firmly committed to defending the homeland and thwarting the malicious designs of its adversaries.
