Iran to resume Tehran-Dubai flights from July 1

According to reports, the civil aviation authorities of Iran and the United Arab Emirates have issued the necessary permits to facilitate the resumption of flights

TEHRAN (Dunya News) - Iran's Civil Aviation Authority has announced that flights between Tehran and Dubai will resume from July 1, marking the restoration of one of the country's key regional air routes.

According to Iranian media reports, the civil aviation authorities of Iran and the United Arab Emirates have issued the necessary permits to facilitate the resumption of flights.

In the initial phase, only Iranian airlines will operate services on the Tehran–Dubai route.

Flights by other carriers will be introduced after the completion of the required operational and regulatory procedures.

The Iranian Civil Aviation Authority said that the restoration of additional international routes remains under review.

It added that the resumption of other international flights will be subject to approval by the relevant government authorities.
