ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The rates of petroleum levy imposed on petrol and diesel have been revised.
According to sources, the levy on petrol has been reduced while the levy on diesel has been increased.
The petroleum levy on petrol has been set at Rs66.25 per litre.

Previously, a levy of Rs106.74 per litre was charged on petrol, meaning the rate has been reduced by Rs40.49 per litre.
On the other hand, the petroleum levy on diesel has been increased to Rs72.97 per litre, compared to the previous rate of Rs53.26 per litre.
Sources said the levy on diesel has been raised by Rs19.71 per litre.
