JACOBABAD (Dunya News) – A man killed his sister in the name of so-called honour in Maula Dad Police jurisdiction here on Monday.
Having being informed, police rushed to the crime scene and shifted the dead body to hospital for medicolegal procedure.
The suspect identified as Abid gunned down his sister Maryam Bibi over suspicion and fled. Police were investigating after collecting forensic evidence and recording statements from the family of the victim.
Police said the culprit will be apprehended soon and will be brought to justice. Police said the exact reason for the murder will be ascertained after the arrest of the accused.
