KP Assembly session postponed until June 15

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly’s June 8 session has been postponed. The secretariat says it will now be held on June 15, 2026 at 2 pm, a week later than originally scheduled

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – The scheduled session of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly has been postponed, according to an announcement from the secretariat.

Officials said the assembly will now meet on June 15, 2026, at 2:00 pm. The session had originally been scheduled to take place on June 8, 2026, at the same time.

No further details regarding the reason for the postponement were provided in the announcement.

The revised schedule means lawmakers will now convene a week later than initially planned, with the next assembly sitting set for the afternoon of June 15.
