The song is a cover of the original by Khan, Madhurxo, and Noor. The speculation gained momentum after Asim Azhar posted a video on Instagram, with fans pointing to the line “Phir se bolo” and suggesting that the voice heard in that moment closely resembles Hania Aamir’s.
