ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Tuesday reviewed the ongoing upgradation work at the National Police Academy and assessed progress on key development projects during a visit to the facility.
According to officials, 80% of work on the rappelling tower at the Elite Training School has been completed, while the jogging track and obstacle courses are 70% complete.

During the meeting, authorities were directed to complete the firing range and boundary wall of the Elite School within two months. It was also decided to gradually shift the National Police Academy to solar energy.
Principally, approval was granted to review the MCMC course, while instructions were issued to equip all classrooms with modern IT facilities.
Senior officials including the DG FIA, Chairman CDA, IG Islamabad Police, Deputy Commandant of the NPA, Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, and others attended the meeting.
