Pakistan announce squad for Four-Nation Football Tournament in Maldives

Pakistan announces 23-man squad for four-nation football tournament in the Maldives from June 1-10. Ali Khan and Adil Nabi make national team debuts; teams include Bangladesh and Afghanistan.

(Web Desk) – The Pakistan national football team squad for the upcoming four-nation tournament in the Maldives has been announced.

Coach Nolberto Solano revealed the 23-man roster through a video on social media.

For the first time, forward Ali Khan and midfielder Adil Nabi have been included in the national team. Ali Khan plays in Sweden, while Adil Nabi is active in the UK football leagues.

The squad features three goalkeepers: Saqib Hanif, Yousuf Butt, and Hassan Ali. Defenders include Abdullah Iqbal, Muhammad Fazal, Abdullah Shah, and Isa Suleman, along with Mohib Afridi, Mamoon Musa, Ali Niazi, and Harith Zaib.

The midfield lineup comprises Adil Nabi, Rahis Nabi, Alamgir Ghazi, Hayan Khattak, Ots Khan, and Ali Agha. Forwards include Shaeek Dost, Umar Nawaz, Ali Khan, Haroon Hamid, Ali Shah, and Samad Arshad.

The four-nation tournament will be held in the Maldives from June 1 to June 10, featuring Pakistan, Maldives, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan.
